Mode: - Choose meat from shells, and cut to pieces in the nice box, with a pale onion fried brown in butter, stir in the curry powder and stock, and simmer till it thickens, when put in the lobster; stew the whole slowly for 1 / 2 hours, and stir occasionally, and only before sending it to the table, put the lemon juice. Serve boiled rice with it, the same as for other curries.
